BOOKING FEE

To complete your booking, a non refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This will be deducted from your final balance of services implemented. Please read all T&Cs before signing this form. Please send your booking fee to the account detailed below.

The Classic booking fee amount: £100.00
The Signature booking fee amount: £100.00
The Luxe booking fee amount: £200.00

PAYMENT TERMS

Three payments are required.

1. A Booking fee is required to secure your date (fee depending on package)
2. Your next instalment will be due after your bridal preview has taken place. This will be 50% of your remaining balance after your booking fee has been paid. You will have 14 days to pay this. Please do not send any money until invoiced.
3. Your last instalment will be for the remaining (50%) balance. This will be invoiced to you 2 weeks prior to the big day. You will have 7 days to pay this. Please do not send any money until invoiced.

CANCELLATON TERMS
For cancellation of the full booking (The bride and bridal party)
-Notice over 6 months before the wedding will ensure the contract will be terminated and no further monies will be owed unless services have already been implemented but you will lose your booking fee. Trials will not be scheduled more than 6 months prior to your day to avoid refunds.
-Notice 3-6 months before the wedding will ensure 50% of your final balance (not including booking fee) is still owed.
-Notice under 3 months before the wedding will ensure 100% of the final balance is still owed and will need to be paid.

The Artist reserves the right to terminate this booking due to any breach of terms and all agreements will be void. All monies given will not be non refundable.

By signing this contract you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above and allowing Danielle Quirke Makeup Artistry to hold personal information. Your information will not be passed onto third parties without your consent.
